LA DÉCLARATION – FRANCE GALL
Paris, 8:00 am, a sunny June morning. In a Hausmann style building, the light has taken possession of her apartment, she loves the play of light.
She’s become sensitive to this light ever since she started painting. The one of this morning is her favorite because she does not master it, she only receives it. One day, she will have to take a picture of this moment. In fact, this is what made her fall for this apartment. Last night, she painted a lot. It is abstract but she finds satisfaction in it.
Today, her day is very busy, she’s decorating the store windows for a very fashionable brand. She has to present to her teams the next windows that will be installed in a month. Between decoration and fashion, she loves her job. She has the feeling giving passers-by the time to dream while remaining anonymous.
She has planned to have lunch with her father in a brasserie at the corner of Rue du Bac and Boulevard Raspail. She cherishes these moments with him.
Around 6:00 pm, she will see this young man again. They have known each other for 15 years, but have never spoken. It must be a question of fate. She likes to think that things are well done, at least she hopes so, because she already likes him a lot. He is different from the others. He understands her, she finds him perfect. Hard to believe given her strong critical mind. It’s her, it’s him, she knows it, he knows it too.
They’re discovering each other, being careful while crazy about each other. He gives her confidence, she wants to dive head first into this story. She is sensitive, funny and true. She wants to be herself around him, wants him to truly discover her, without artifice. In a COL ROND (crewneck) T-shirt, she will feel comfortable for their date, at ease while remaining feminine.
She feels like his woman alter-ego. He finds her very beautiful, she wants to please him every day of her life.
